Who we are

Veridian Jade sells natural Hetian nephrite and natural jadeite jewelry, with lab certification and origin labeling as described on each product page and invoice.

Enquiry-first sales

Catalogue prices are indicative. A binding sale starts only when we confirm availability in writing, issue a final quote / invoice, and receive cleared payment. Stones are unique; a listed piece may sell before checkout completes.

Product descriptions

We describe colour, translucency, texture, and treatment status in good faith. Natural jade varies; photos and video under standard lighting are guides, not guarantees of exact on-screen colour. Material treatment claims (e.g. untreated Type A) follow the accompanying lab certificate.

Payment

Accepted methods are stated on the invoice. Orders are not shipped until payment clears. Suspected fraud may delay or cancel an order; cleared funds for cancelled fraudulent orders are refunded.

Shipping, returns & privacy

Shipping and insurance are governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds by our Returns & Refunds Policy(jewelry may be returned within the stated window; lab certification fees of ¥260 CNY (approx. $36 / ¥5,500 / ₩49,000 / Rp600.000) per piece are non-refundable once incurred). Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Veridian Jade is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the merchant entity named on your invoice, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Consumer protections in your country of residence may also apply.
