Last updated: 14 July 2026. Jade jewelry is high-value cargo. Every order from Veridian Jade ships with tracking and insurance appropriate to the declared value.

Before we ship

We work enquiry-first. After you confirm a piece, we re-check availability, share the certificate details, and issue a final quote covering the jewelry, insured shipping, and any requested extras. We do not dispatch until payment clearance is confirmed.

Carriers & transit times

We ship worldwide via tracked express carriers (for example DHL, FedEx, UPS, or equivalent). Typical door-to-door windows after dispatch:

  • United States, Canada, UK, EU, Australia: 5–12 business days
  • Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, Korea: 3–8 business days
  • Other destinations: confirmed on the quote; remote areas may take longer

These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs inspection can add time beyond the carrier's control.

Insurance & tracking

  • Every parcel is registered with full tracking
  • Insurance covers loss or damage while in carrier custody up to the invoice value
  • Discrete outer packaging; no exaggerated value markings on the carton exterior
  • Certificate and jewelry documentation are packed inside with the piece

If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the carrier's delivery scan (or expected delivery date for lost-in-transit claims). We open a carrier claim and, once resolved, replace the item or refund per our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Who pays shipping

Shipping and insurance costs are shown on your quote / invoice before payment. Rates depend on destination, carrier, and insured value. Free-shipping promotions, when offered, are stated clearly on that invoice.

Duties, taxes & import fees

Unless we explicitly mark an order as DDP (delivered duty paid), import duties, VAT/GST, and clearance fees are the buyer's responsibility. We declare accurate contents and value to help smooth customs clearance.

Order changes & cancellation

Contact us immediately if you need to change the ship-to address or cancel before dispatch. Once a parcel is with the carrier, changes may not be possible; refused-delivery parcels are handled under the returns policy after they come back to us.

Delivery confirmation

A delivery scan with signature or equivalent proof of delivery completes our shipping obligation. Please inspect the seal and contents promptly. The 30-day return clock starts from the delivery date on the tracking record.
